Exploding IPhone - Battery Causes Apple IPhone to Explode!

Is the Exploding IPhone risky to use? Health concerns have been raised recently about the IPhone's battery. Apparently some IPhones have been exploding... Is this just related to the first IPhone? Or do the IPhone 3G and 3GS apply as well? This is very scary news! Will there be a massive recall on IPhones?
